Journal Needs was born out of a deep passion for junk journaling. As long-time lovers of paper crafting, we found joy in creating handmade journals filled with stories, textures, and vintage charm. But as our hobby grew, we noticed a gap: many people in the journaling world were struggling to find the right supplies — especially those who wanted to build journals from scratch in their own unique style.
To bridge that gap, we created a dedicated Facebook group — a supportive space where thousands of creatives could share ideas, resources, and inspiration. From there, Journal Needs naturally evolved into something bigger: a store built to support the journaling community with the tools and treasures they were looking for.
We launched our selling journey on Etsy, where we quickly found overwhelming support and heartfelt appreciation from our customers.
